It is possible to conduct aluminum melting tests using hydrogen combustion with ingot input. Please use it to verify the quality of the molten metal and its impact on the products. The melting gas burner employs a hydrogen burner and electric heaters for retention! It is a hybrid furnace that enables carbon neutrality. By exchanging burner components, you can switch between fuel gases (hydrogen/LNG (natural gas)/LPG), allowing for adaptability based on gas supply trends. Additionally, the furnace structure has a high oxide suppression effect, which you can verify in actual operation. The high-temperature gas burner series now includes a hydrogen combustion specification! It can be used in various industrial furnaces due to its tile top.

The combustion range is large, allowing for stable combustion even with excess air. It is a "hydrogen burner" type using hydrogen as fuel for the high-temperature gas burner "EIS burner." The tile top (castable) can accommodate temperatures up to 1200°C!
