The high-temperature gas burner series now includes a hydrogen combustion specification! It can be used in various industrial furnaces due to its tile top.
The combustion range is large, allowing for stable combustion even with excess air. It is a "hydrogen burner" type using hydrogen as fuel for the high-temperature gas burner "EIS burner." The tile top (castable) can accommodate temperatures up to 1200°C! It supports preheated air up to 300°C. 【Features】 □ Achieves stable combustion and low NOx performance □ Flame shape equivalent to city gas/propane combustion □ Structure with excellent maintenance characteristics □ Simple piping system with direct ignition method You can convert your existing EIS burner to hydrogen combustion by replacing parts, allowing for evaluation tests on the impact on non-heated materials (workpieces), etc. *1 Achievements with conventional gas specifications are available.
