The high-pressure screw meter OMH is a high-precision volumetric flow meter designed for high pressure, featuring a spiral gear type. It has low pressure loss and is suitable for high temperatures.

This is a high-pressure flow meter compatible with MAX 42 MPa. (*For 63 MPa compatibility, please contact us for details.) Connections include SAE, DIN, G (BSPP), and others. Compared to conventional gear meters, it has lower pressure loss, which can help reduce electricity costs for motors and other equipment. It is particularly used for performance testing of high-pressure hydraulic equipment and for cylinder position detection in tunnel boring machines. It can accommodate a wide range of liquids, from high-viscosity liquids such as adhesives, sealants, PVC, inks, and polyols to low-viscosity liquids like gasoline and diesel. OME is a helical gear type volumetric flow meter, a screw meter. It has an aluminum body, featuring a lightweight and compact design. The measurement accuracy is ±0.3% RS (1:150), providing high precision. The 1:10 range (from 1/10 of F.S.) has linearity of ±0.1%. It also supports calibration in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 ILAC MRA (JCSS mutual recognition).

The OMG high and low temperature flow meter is a high-precision volumetric high-pressure flow meter. It has high measurement accuracy and can also be used as a standard device for flow calibrators.

The KRAL OMG series features a screw-type (helical gear) structure that allows fluid to flow linearly, resulting in significantly lower pressure loss compared to conventional gear meters (circular gear type), and enables high-precision measurement of ±0.1% R.S. The flow meter is calibrated at 5 mm²/s, allowing for high-precision measurement even at high temperatures (low viscosity) compared to circular gear meters. The scale for oil has been pre-calibrated based on a specific gravity of 0.873 and a viscosity of 40 mm²/s, so conversion from the water scale is unnecessary.
