High precision of ±0.1% RS! A volumetric flow meter of spiral gear type with intrinsic safety explosion-proof specifications.
The screw meter OME, using spiral gears, is a high-precision flow meter with an accuracy of ±0.1% RS. Since it is a volumetric type, it is less affected by changes in fluid viscosity due to temperature variations. However, an optional temperature sensor can be attached to the OME, allowing for temperature compensation to further improve accuracy. Additionally, being a volumetric type, it does not require straight pipe sections at the inlet/outlet of the flow meter. By using an aluminum body, it achieves a compact and lightweight design, making it suitable for installation in limited spaces such as engine compartments. 【Features】 ■ Explosion-proof design with intrinsic safety using Namur sensors ■ Flow range: 0.1 to 525 l/min (4 models) ■ Operating temperature: 0 to 80℃ ■ Operating pressure: Max 4MPa ■ Measurement accuracy: ±0.1% R.S.
