The high-pressure screw meter OMH is a high-precision volumetric flow meter designed for high pressure, featuring a spiral gear type. It has low pressure loss and is suitable for high temperatures.

This is a high-pressure flow meter compatible with MAX 42 MPa. (*For 63 MPa compatibility, please contact us for details.) Connections include SAE, DIN, G (BSPP), and others. Compared to conventional gear meters, it has lower pressure loss, which can help reduce electricity costs for motors and other equipment. It is particularly used for performance testing of high-pressure hydraulic equipment and for cylinder position detection in tunnel boring machines. The measurement accuracy is ±0.3% RS (1:150), providing high precision. The 1:10 range (from 1/10 of F.S.) has linearity of ±0.1%. It also supports calibration in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 ILAC MRA (JCSS mutual recognition).
