• Mixer/agitator

A stainless steel mixer that can rotate with the container. It is suitable for mixing powders and solid + liquid (such as seasoning food or coloring pellets).

This is a device that attaches lever band-type CTL-36 and 43 containers and rotates them to mix the contents. It can be used for mixing powders and granules in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes that cannot be done with a stirrer, as well as for seasoning food. Since there are no stirring blades or similar components, mixing can be done without damaging the materials. The containers are rotated and mixed while remaining sealed, eliminating concerns about foreign matter contamination. Because the containers are detachable, you can simply change the container to mix the next material without taking the time to clean and dry it. You can change the container for each type of content (i.e., dedicated containers), which helps prevent cross-contamination. *This product includes the mixing machine body and one lever band-type sealed container [CTL].

A unit with a stainless steel container equipped with a weighing function. The frame comes with a base for installing a mixer. Unit contents: Stainless steel container, mobile frame, load cell, control panel. It can be used in various ways linked to "weighing": - Measuring the amount during raw material input - (In combination with an automatic valve) precise input and discharge of raw materials - (In combination with an automatic valve and mixer) precise input of mixing materials, mixing, and precise discharge The weight is measured using the load cell attached to the frame. The measurement results can be checked on the monitor of the control panel. It is designed to minimize measurement errors even when the container is shaking due to mixing, etc. The shape of the container is a dished type that excels in mixing efficiency.
