The PVQ series has undergone a minor change and has been launched as the PVQ-A series. With the ability to obtain optimal scale-up data, the conventional PVQ machines, known for their reliability, have been made more compact with a lower overall height to facilitate easier confirmation of raw material input and easier extraction from the emulsifier. - The shaft is longer than conventional models, allowing for a wider distance between the stirring blade and the motor, making it easy to add additives during stirring. - We offer stirring blades for both high-viscosity homomixers and dispersing mixers. Both types of blades can be used with a single unit. - Emphasizing portability, we have achieved a lightweight design. The device is simple in operation and appearance, making it user-friendly. - Emulsification, fine grinding, and uniform dispersion can be achieved in a short time. - The use of a brushless motor eliminates dust generation and achieves low noise levels. - The analog volume switch allows for free adjustment of the rotation speed. - The built-in timer allows the stirrer to stop after a set time. The cleaning of tanks after the production of products containing silicone oil has been a challenge due to the difficulty of soaking, making the wiping process labor-intensive.
