Biodegradable non-woven fabric that decomposes in seawater.

A research group led by Professor Fujita at Fukui University of Technology has successfully developed a biodegradable non-woven fabric (nanofiber) that incorporates cellulose nanofibers and can decompose in seawater, in collaboration with the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Technology Research Institute.
Our electrospinning equipment was used for the spinning of the nanofibers.
