The use of AI in the manufacturing industry has continued to evolve since the national projects of the 1980s, and now automation and efficiency improvements are advancing across a wide range of areas, from inspection tasks to parts design. However, in actual workplaces, there are many companies that find themselves unable to fully leverage AI and digital transformation (DX) due to past experiences of abandoning implementation due to technical constraints and reliance on paper or Excel for information management.
