A new product of temperature sensing wire integrated with multiple temperature memory sensors.

This product is a temperature sensing wire set to a temperature of 80°C. A number of shape memory alloys are attached to an extended wire, and when the surrounding temperature reaches the set temperature (80°C), the wire softens, causing the shape memory alloy to bind the wire (restoration), short-circuiting the two wires to sense the temperature and detect it as a signal (80°C). By wiring the temperature sensing wire to various industrial equipment, it enables early detection of the temperature of 80°C, thereby preventing damage to various devices and fires, while ensuring reliable and safe maintenance management through regular monitoring of the temperature. It allows for easy installation by simply extending the wiring, enabling extensive temperature monitoring. The switching function ensures zero standby power. It is a non-reset type that allows for confirmation after activation. This product meets the performance standards of type 1 fixed temperature detectors (120 seconds) as specified by fire safety regulations.
