This product is a fire memory sensor with a set temperature of 80°C. It features a shape memory alloy attached to a wire in a coiled form, creating an integrated product. When the surrounding temperature reaches 80°C, the wire softens, and the shape memory alloy constricts the wire (restoring it) to short-circuit the two wires, generating a temperature sensing signal (80°C). It can be installed in equipment or locations at risk of fire, alerting the surroundings with alarms to prevent fires and providing daily monitoring with zero standby power for the switching function, making it an eco-friendly technology product. It is a non-resettable type, allowing for fire confirmation after activation. This product meets the performance standards of type 1 fixed temperature detectors (120 seconds) as specified by fire safety regulations. When the surrounding temperature reaches the set temperature (80°C), the soluble insulated wire softens, and the shape memory alloy constricts the wire (restores), creating a short circuit between the two wires to detect temperature and generate a signal. The softening temperature of the wire and the restoration temperature of the shape memory alloy are the same (80°C). This same temperature is the set temperature of the fire memory sensor (80°C). 3. This product combines a shape memory alloy with soluble insulated wires. (Set temperature 80°C) 4. When the surrounding temperature reaches the set temperature (80°C) of the fire memory sensor, the soluble insulated wire softens simultaneously with the restoration temperature of the shape memory alloy, utilizing the properties of the shape memory alloy to tighten the two soluble insulated wires, causing a short circuit (contact) between them to detect the set temperature and generate a signal. 5. Setting the fire memory sensor's temperature to the nominal temperature of a fire allows for detection corresponding to the fire. 6. Setting the fire memory sensor's temperature to the abnormal temperature of equipment allows for detection of abnormal temperatures.
