The MY96 features a removable magnet, allowing you to replace only the rusted magnets if some become rusty, thus maintaining its usability. Additionally, for cleaning magnetic beads, please request our PEEK-made MultiWasher20 with a nozzle diameter of 1.5mm (the narrow 1.5mmφ nozzle minimizes contact with the magnetic beads). For microtubes, a luer nozzle with an outer diameter of 1.5mmφ is beneficial for cleaning magnetic beads, so we encourage you to give it a try.

We have developed three types of affordable microplate washing devices necessary for immunoassays in-house. They include a fully automatic type with easy operation, a semi-automatic type that uses manual valve switching for suction and discharge, and a nozzle type that controls the discharge of washing liquid by gravity. For low-budget options, we also offer a product with just the nozzle. There is also a nozzle specifically for gravity discharge (Immuno Nozzle 8). The nozzle is made of PEEK, so there is no concern about adverse effects on the assay. The semi-automatic and fully automatic models properly store waste liquid in waste bottles, making them environmentally friendly washers.
