We have developed three types of affordable microplate washing devices necessary for immunoassays in-house. They include a fully automatic type with easy operation, a semi-automatic type that uses manual valve switching for suction and discharge, and a nozzle type that controls the discharge of washing liquid by gravity. For low-budget options, we also offer a product with just the nozzle. There is also a nozzle specifically for gravity discharge (Immuno Nozzle 8). The nozzle is made of PEEK, so there is no concern about adverse effects on the assay. The semi-automatic and fully automatic models properly store waste liquid in waste bottles, making them environmentally friendly washers. The nozzle is priced under 100,000 yen, the semi-automatic washer (including pump) is 160,000 yen, and the fully automatic washer (including two pumps) is 250,000 yen, making them economical given their high functionality. We have developed three models of ELISA washers based on our company's nozzle and bottle cap technology. The three types are manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic. In the manual version, the stop and discharge of the cleaning solution are controlled by a valve at hand. The manual nozzle does not have a waste liquid function (there is no waste liquid port equipped on the nozzle), but we have prepared two models for large capacity and high flow rate. The semi-automatic version adds a waste liquid function, allowing the user to manually switch the valve between suction mode and discharge mode. It is offered at a low price that includes the pump. The connection for the air pump uses a quick coupling, making it easy to attach by simply pushing the tube in. In the automatic type, you can switch between suction mode and discharge mode by simply pressing a button on the grip.
