Plasteco's supercritical inert gas quantitative supply device maintains a constant supply mass and automatically adjusts the supply pressure to follow the pressure at the supply point, enabling precise control of the supply volume at all times and achieving uniform and fine foaming. Furthermore, by precisely controlling the gas addition amount through data linkage (optional) with extrusion and injection molding machines, stabilization of foaming ratios and reduction in the weight of molded products become possible.
