A safe and low-cost micro-foaming system equipped with an extruder, gas supply equipment, and all other necessary ancillary equipment, reducing greenhouse gas emissions by using CO₂ and N₂ as blowing agents. ■ CO₂ Foamed PLA Sheet Extrusion System An extrusion system that includes all the necessary equipment to mold foamed sheets up to 30 times with 100% PLA. ■ CO₂ Foamed PLA Beads Extrusion System A system that includes all the necessary equipment to produce foamed beads up to 60 times with 100% PLA and to mold them into block shapes. ■ Inert Gas Quantitative Supply Device A precision quantitative supply device for CO₂ and N₂ used in the above foaming systems. Proven performance in extrusion molding, injection molding, and RIM molding. ■ Stirring Dehumidifying Dryer DryTeco-S A dehumidifying dryer with stirring functionality suitable for resins that tend to fuse or adhere, such as bioplastics. It integrates three functions: dehumidifying, drying, and transporting, in a compact design. ■ Total Weight Type Weighing Supply System A feeder dedicated to inert gas foaming that quantitatively supplies the main material (raw material) and auxiliary materials (additives, etc.). It can control the addition rates of the main material, auxiliary material, and gas in coordination. Other equipment includes CO₂ supply devices for PU spray applications, etc.

- Transitioning from foaming agents like butane to inert gas foaming for safety and cost reduction - Foaming extrusion molding of bio-plastics such as PLA, etc. Foaming with supercritical inert gases allows for the formation of fine bubbles on the order of a few micrometers. It can also be applied to the foaming of crystalline resins, which were previously difficult to foam at high magnifications. This enables the addition of optical properties through bubble diameter control and applications in high-performance insulation materials.
