Additionally, traditional pump methods using pressure control have seen supply volume fluctuate due to pressure changes at the gas injection point of the molding machine. Plasteco's supercritical inert gas quantitative supply device maintains a constant supply mass and automatically adjusts the supply pressure to follow the pressure at the supply point, enabling precise control of the supply volume at all times and achieving uniform and fine foaming. Furthermore, by precisely controlling the gas addition amount through data linkage (optional) with extrusion and injection molding machines, stabilization of foaming ratios and reduction in the weight of molded products become possible. It can accommodate a wide range of applications, from small flow rates for small molding machines to large flow rates for large molding machines, as well as RIM molding and other uses. It also supports flow control, high-pressure compatibility, and other options, making it suitable for various applications.
