The wireless bar coater from OSG System Products is a bar coater with an integrated shape that does not use wire. It achieves ultra-thin film specifications through precision molds manufactured with high accuracy. It can produce bars equivalent to wire gauge #0.7 and below (wire diameter 0.0257mm), and it is possible to create bars of any volume without being constrained by wire gauge. For example, it can produce bars equivalent to #1.5.
