SUS-made small diameter gravure roll for lab equipment with excellent corrosion resistance.
It is possible to choose materials made of stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance. A diverse lineup of groove shapes is available. The cell volume is managed with high precision, improving the coating surface and enhancing accuracy.
It is possible to choose stainless steel (SUS300 series) materials, which have excellent corrosion resistance, for small-diameter gravure rolls primarily made of iron, thus preventing rust formation on the untreated ends. *Production in iron (carbon steel) is also possible. In addition to standard groove specifications, we offer a wide variety of groove shapes, allowing you to find a groove shape that suits your usage environment for improved coating surface quality. By controlling the variation in cell volume in the E-Roll (in the width and circumferential directions), improvements in coating surface quality and coating accuracy can be expected.
