At the Sandvik Coromant Center, which opened in June this year, we will introduce next-generation solutions that integrate cutting-edge cutting tools and software specialized in heat-resistant alloys/titanium alloys, through training sessions and live cutting demonstrations.

● Processing Condition Analysis and Optimization with VERICUT (30 minutes)
Introduction to the CNC machine simulation software VERICUT and optimization using VERICUT Force based on processing condition analysis through graphical functions.
● Turning Machining (80 minutes) Wide Groove Machining Solutions
Introduction of tool path solutions for safely and efficiently machining wide grooves on outer diameters using round groove inserts, further optimized with VERICUT Force.
● Boring Machining (80 minutes) Pocket Machining Solutions
Introduction of appropriate pocket machining utilizing the characteristics of turning tools.
● Solid Tools (80 minutes) Blade Machining Solutions
Introduction of stable and high-precision machining of Blisk and Blade using the characteristics of various solid tools.
