The server that stores data with a legally mandated retention period is out of maintenance, and the manufacturer has provided a quote that is not realistic, so discussions have stalled. Therefore, we proposed a "temporary maintenance" solution. After discussing their needs, they decided to contract for maintenance for five years this time.
