3D structure

At the Microfabrication Research Institute, we have created this "3D structure" using our in-house tabletop servo press machine "MCP series" and special precision molds. We cut slits and the outer shape with progressive processing and layered the 0.1mm thick nano-sheet material, which has been embossed, onto a core made of SUS material with a diameter of 1mm, in the specified number of layers. Additionally, the number of layers and the embossing height (which can be selected within the range of 20μm to 100μm) can also be specified. This 3D structure is used in experiments for medical testing instruments.
