We conducted career education classes at a local elementary school as part of our community contribution activities.

Recently, I had the opportunity to give a presentation about our company and career education in a comprehensive class for sixth graders at Ueda Elementary School. This was part of our CSR activities aimed at contributing to the local community, and I was honored to conduct the class.
During the lesson, I introduced our company's business activities and its role in society, as well as discussed the significance of "working" and future career paths.
The students listened attentively and seemed to be contemplating the meaning of "working" and the skills necessary to work as adults.
After the class, I received feedback from the students expressing their desire to "challenge various things without fearing opposition or failure" and their intention to "learn many things from people and books," making it a very meaningful time.
Moving forward, we will continue to deepen our collaboration with the local community and actively promote activities that contribute to the development of the next generation.
