[April 15 (Tuesday) 14:00~14:50 Free Online Seminar] Introducing a case study that successfully reduced the number of forklifts by understanding their flow and utilization rate!

Forklifts are used in factories and logistics warehouses to handle and transport large cargo and pallets that cannot be managed manually. However, have site managers ever noticed that there are forklifts that are not in operation when they look over the site?
When seeing such a situation, many people may wonder, "Is the current number really necessary?" or "Wouldn't it be okay to reduce the number a bit?" Generally, with standard forklifts, one can only check the operating hours using an hour meter, and cannot grasp the operational status by time segment, the areas traveled, or the ratio of empty runs to loaded runs.
In this free online seminar, we will introduce a case study that utilizes the "Rojitan Fork" system, which leverages Visual Slam, to understand the movement patterns and utilization rates of forklifts and to work on reducing their numbers.
