High-sensitivity LC-MS/MS method for PFAS analysis in dairy products (Restec Corporation)

It has become important to thoroughly and accurately analyze dairy products that have a high probability of detecting high concentrations of PFAS. We have developed a highly sensitive and reliable analytical method for PFAS analysis in dairy products using LC-MS/MS, which can detect levels as high as 0.01 µg/kg. This method targets four types of PFAS evaluated by EFSA and 24 compounds (PFAS) included in the guidance document regarding halogenated persistent organic pollutants (POPs) in feed and food.
