The shrink packaging machine "EZ-PACK" is equipped as standard with Leister's hot air heater and digital screen temperature control model, enabling precise and easy beautiful shrink wrapping. Since temperature management can be done with digital numbers, it allows for shrink wrapping at the same temperature consistently. The "EZ-CAP SEAL" is a cap shrink device that can select and adopt a digital temperature control model. It is compact, equipped with casters for easy movement, and can shrink immediately. With a maximum airflow of 900L/min, it minimizes shrinkage unevenness and also allows for airflow adjustment. Furthermore, it heats only the cap area with hot air, making it simple and economical. In recent years, the implementation of maintenance DX to achieve "non-stop factories" has become an urgent necessity in manufacturing sites. Amid the trend of factory IoT and data utilization, the use of remote I/O, which can remotely aggregate and collect sensor information and control signals from equipment and sensors dispersed inside and outside the factory, is gaining importance as a foundation for predictive maintenance and condition monitoring. On the other hand, the installation environment for remote I/O is not necessarily limited to control panels or well-conditioned factory interiors. There is an increasing need to collect data in harsh environments, such as outdoor equipment and conditions involving high temperatures, low temperatures, vibrations, and strong electrical noise.
