Shinkei of "Awatori Rentaro" has launched a new product, the self-rotation and revolution mixer ARE-312. Compared to conventional self-rotation and revolution mixers, it has enhanced stirring and defoaming capabilities, allows for log storage via PC connection, and facilitates smoother examination of stirring conditions. A manual filling machine that allows for efficient filling of small capacity syringes without bubbles, used in conjunction with the Awatori Rentaro to improve work efficiency!

The "ARC-55H" is a manual filling machine that allows for efficient filling operations from small capacity syringes to large capacity syringes without bubbles. It accommodates a variety of syringes including 3mL, 5mL 10mL, 20mL, 30mL, 50mL, and 55mL, and can fill up to four syringes at once. (For 20mL to 55mL, it can fill a maximum of two syringes at a time.) When used in conjunction with the "Awatori Rentaro" it streamlines the process from mixing and degassing to syringe filling. 【Features】 - High-viscosity materials that were difficult to transfer to syringes can now be filled easily. - The combination with the bubble remover "Nentaro" enhances efficiency from mixing and degassing to syringe filling. - It allows for bubble-free filling of small capacity syringes (3mL, 5mL, 10mL) up to a maximum of 55ml syringes, which was previously challenging. - It can fill up to four syringes at once (maximum of two for 20mL to 55mL syringes), contributing to improved work efficiency. - Cleaning the parts after filling is easy with "Awatori Rentaro" and the included cleaning container. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
