"Multi-Damatori" is a product that contributes to the uniform mixing of powders and liquids. Carbon nanotubes were added to water and treated separately with this product and our "propeller mixer" for 30 minutes each. The treatment with this product resulted in the uniform dispersion of the agglomerated carbon nanotubes. This product is effective for pre-mixing powders and liquids that tend to leave clumps and increase viscosity. Furthermore, the prototyping of magnesium parts and the manufacturing of copper components, which were difficult to produce with existing technologies, have begun. Metal 3D printers eliminate the need for molds by allowing products to be created directly from 3D data. They enable the creation of complex shapes that were impossible with traditional processing methods, as well as lattice and porous structures, hollow structures, and hybrid structures. This leads to the innovative creation of metal parts and molds that are not available from conventional sources, significant reductions in prototyping and manufacturing time, drastic decreases in the number of parts, lightweight miniaturization, and reductions in manufacturing processes and workforce.
