Mixing device "Damatri System"

By eliminating the rotating part, it allows for stirring and mixing without creating bubbles! It also contributes to reducing processing time.

The "Damatri System" is a mixing device that solves the problems of mixing and dissolving materials that increase in viscosity or become lumpy, as well as preventing foaming. Since there are no rotating parts, it provides stirring power equivalent to a homomixer while allowing for mixing without creating foam. Microemulsion Micro 305・305-P・Q10-0.3

Easy incorporation into water-based formulations such as lotions! O/W microemulsion of Elduo® PS-203 manufactured by high-pressure emulsification method.

The microemulsion "Micro 305, 305-P, Q10-0.3" (Micro Series) is a microemulsion that contains the amino acid-based emollient El Dew® PS-203. By incorporating the Micro Series into formulations, the moisturizing properties, skin roughness improvement effects, and damaged hair repair effects of El Dew® can be expected. Micro Q-10 is a microemulsion that includes CoQ10 (ubiquinone), which has been difficult to incorporate into aqueous formulations. Pre-mixed carbon nanotubes [Free presentation of the Damato system case]

Pre-dispersion is possible! Mixing through shock and turbulence obtained by passing through the complex flow paths inside the element.

"Multi-Damatori" is a product that contributes to the uniform mixing of powders and liquids. Carbon nanotubes were added to water and treated separately with this product and our "propeller mixer" for 30 minutes each. The treatment with this product resulted in the uniform dispersion of the agglomerated carbon nanotubes. This product is effective for pre-mixing powders and liquids that tend to leave clumps and increase viscosity.
