Shinkei of "Awatori Rentaro" has launched a new product, the self-rotation and revolution mixer ARE-312. Compared to conventional self-rotation and revolution mixers, it has enhanced stirring and defoaming capabilities, allows for log storage via PC connection, and facilitates smoother examination of stirring conditions. Stirring and Defoaming Device | Awatori Rentaro ARV-310P

Stirring of low to high viscosity materials and sub-micron level degassing. A rotary and orbital vacuum mixer equipped with a touch panel and communication functions.

The rotation and revolution method combined with vacuum degassing functionality allows for simultaneous mixing and defoaming/deairing, enabling the removal of bubbles down to the sub-micron level. Additionally, due to the centrifugal force generated during revolution, there is no spillage of materials during operation. The operation is as simple as setting the container and turning on the switch. 【Features】 ■ Simultaneous processing of mixing, dispersion, and removal of sub-micron level bubbles. ■ The rotation and revolution method combined with vacuum degassing functionality allows for high-precision defoaming without spillage during operation, in a short time. ■ Vacuum settings in units of 0.1 kPa, allowing for processing that takes into account the saturation vapor pressure. ■ Real-time display of progress and operating status on a touch panel. ■ Communication function (RS-232C connection) enables selection of setting conditions and starting/stopping of operation. ■ Sample source code (Python) for using the communication function is included.

Simultaneous mixing and submicron-level degassing. Processing information is reported every second, contributing to improved traceability.

The Awatori Nentaro ARV-501 is a mixer that enables stirring and bubble removal in a short time without overflow, thanks to its rotational and orbital motion combined with a vacuum decompression function. With its communication capabilities, it allows for operation and settings to be controlled from external devices such as PCs. Processing information can be recorded every second, contributing to improved traceability. Nano Pulverizer - Crushing Nano Taro NP-100

A grinder that can crush materials from a minimum of 10mg to a maximum of 10g from micron level to 100 nanometers in as little as 2 minutes.

The Crushing Nano Taro NP-100 was developed using a rotational and translational method. It is a nano grinder capable of crushing small amounts of materials down to the 100-nanometer level in a short time. While dry grinding is theoretically difficult for particles smaller than 3 microns, wet grinding allows for nano grinding. 【Features】 ■ By grinding with a zirconia container and zirconia balls, contamination is minimized. ■ The chamber atmosphere can be cooled down to -20°C, allowing for safe grinding by suppressing temperature rise. ■ Materials and grinding media can be easily separated and recovered using a mesh filter after grinding. ■ Uniform dispersion of materials is possible after the separation and recovery of the media. ■ Batch processing improves workability during cleaning.
