Shinkei of "Awatori Rentaro" has launched a new product, the self-rotation and revolution mixer ARE-312. Compared to conventional self-rotation and revolution mixers, it has enhanced stirring and defoaming capabilities, allows for log storage via PC connection, and facilitates smoother examination of stirring conditions. The rotation and revolution method combined with vacuum degassing functionality allows for simultaneous mixing and defoaming/deairing, enabling the removal of bubbles down to the sub-micron level. Additionally, due to the centrifugal force generated during revolution, there is no spillage of materials during operation. The Awatori Nentaro ARV-501 is a mixer that enables stirring and bubble removal in a short time without overflow, thanks to its rotational and orbital motion combined with a vacuum decompression function. With its communication capabilities, it allows for operation and settings to be controlled from external devices such as PCs. Processing information can be recorded every second, contributing to improved traceability. The Crushing Nano Taro NP-100 was developed using a rotational and translational method. It is a nano grinder capable of crushing small amounts of materials down to the 100-nanometer level in a short time. While dry grinding is theoretically difficult for particles smaller than 3 microns, wet grinding allows for nano grinding. 【Features】 ■ By grinding with a zirconia container and zirconia balls, contamination is minimized. ■ The chamber atmosphere can be cooled down to -20°C, allowing for safe grinding by suppressing temperature rise. ■ Materials and grinding media can be easily separated and recovered using a mesh filter after grinding. ■ Uniform dispersion of materials is possible after the separation and recovery of the media. ■ Batch processing improves workability during cleaning.

The self-rotating mixer "Awatori Rentaro" and "Handa Rentaro" can easily and quickly fill syringes with materials that have been stirred, dispersed, and defoamed, without any bubbles. It can fill small capacity syringes of 3, 5, and 10 mL, allowing for the efficient handling of tasks that require small amounts. Its simple structure also makes cleaning after use easy.

This seminar will provide an easy-to-understand explanation for beginners about the trends in new material development at advanced companies that are energetically working towards ultra-lightweight solutions using lightweight materials such as carbon fiber, aluminum, and ceramics, as well as various additive manufacturing (AM) and manufacturing technologies and product case studies utilizing these materials through complex shape integration, lattice/honeycomb structure fabrication, porous structure fabrication, and topology optimization with 3D printers, which are impossible with conventional processing methods and technologies. The lightweighting of parts that can significantly differentiate from conventional and competitor parts is an urgent and critical issue, and intense technological development competition is unfolding both domestically and internationally. 3D printers, which are seen as the next-generation manufacturing method, offer a completely new perspective on AM technology, enabling the creation of innovative and attractive lightweight parts that are difficult to achieve with existing processing methods and technologies, as well as realizing short-term, low-cost, and high-quality manufacturing. This is a seminar introducing the new features of the latest version, Ver. 30, of the general-purpose 2D CAD system "EASYDRAW."
