The birth of a spiral tap that pursues optimal chip removal to the limit!

The "HVSP" can process a variety of parts, from large heavy industrial components to small parts. It is a spiral tap that creates high-quality threaded screws with the "value" of stable processing without chipping. It can be used for both vertical and horizontal machining. Please use it at speeds below 12m/min. The unique groove shape, BLF (special shape), and semi-long design have significantly improved chipping issues. The "TTTsystem" is a laboratory system that allows for the evaluation of tapping performance through tapping torque data, as well as the evaluation of lubrication performance of oils and coating films. It enables real-time measurement and graphing of tapping torque, as well as measurement and graphing of tap temperatures before and after tapping using infrared sensors.
