*Reproduction of Compression In GTP-2, it is possible to use pestles and mortars of different diameters. The slipperiness changes according to the amount of lubricant used, but the hardness that changes simultaneously can also be evaluated in the same process, which is a feature of GTP-2. *Measurement of Work Amount In GTP-2, the load information per position of the pestle is recorded at each stage, allowing for the quantification of the work amount generated during the tablet compression. This also enables the quantification of Elastic Recovery (elastic recovery energy).

Hot Melt Extrusion solid dispersions can be prepared on a small scale without loss of sample!

We will reproduce pellets equivalent to those made with Hot Melt Extrusion on a small scale without any loss of samples. By using VCM, it becomes possible to conduct Hot Melt Extrusion verification in a small tabletop space.

• Twin-axis Extruder

Dissolution and membrane permeability can be evaluated simultaneously in the final dosage form! It is also used for predicting biological equivalence tests!

This is a system that combines the Pion Corporation's Rainbow with the dedicated Macro FLUX (Bio FLUX) module and the corresponding dissolution tester. By using two probes from the Rainbow, it is possible to measure dissolution on the donor side of the dissolution tester's vessel and absorption on the acceptor side of the dedicated chamber. Unlike µFLUX, this system allows testing in the final dosage forms such as tablets and capsules. The difference between MacroFLUX and BioFLUX lies in the testing volume. MacroFLUX uses a 1,000 mL vessel, while BioFLUX aims for testing with a volume closer to that of a living organism, using a 500 mL vessel.
