F Series – Established Reputation and Tradition

Schutte Company was founded in 1880, starting as a company that handled high-quality steel from the UK and machine tools from the USA. Since then, it has supplied machines worldwide as a manufacturer of multi-axis automatic lathes and universal tool grinding machines for over 125 years. Today, it is well-regarded by users around the world as a long-established manufacturer of multi-axis automatic lathes. The F series includes traditional 6-axis and 8-axis cam-type automatic lathes, accommodating diameters from 26 to 51 mm. Schütte offers a wide range of products for multi-spindle automatic lathes. Multi-spindle automatic lathes are highly productive manufacturing machines where the necessary manufacturing steps and processes for producing workpieces are carried out in parallel at a high level. During this process, multiple machining spindles periodically switch to various machining stations, where the workpieces are gradually machined. All machining stations operate in parallel, and multiple tools can be combined. The productivity of multi-spindle automatic lathes varies depending on the number of spindles and usage cases, but it is approximately 5 to 7 times higher than that of single-spindle automatic lathes. The 335 series high-precision 5-axis CNC universal tool grinding machine is very flexible and versatile! It is a CNC universal tool grinding machine eligible for green investment tax reductions.

This CNC universal tool grinding machine is used in almost all industrial fields today and is suitable for the manufacturing and regrinding of cutting tools, as well as for rough and finish grinding of workpieces with complex contour shapes. After clamping round bar materials or blank materials, various grinding wheels and attachments are automatically exchanged, allowing for finishing processes to be carried out. SCX Series - New Generation

Schütte introduces the SCX-32 as the first product of the new generation of multi-axis automatic lathes. The SCX series fully realizes the vision of a "multi-functional lathe" for the first time. This means that many machining methods of a highly productive machine concept are possible due to easy equipment changes and simple operation. To avoid the need for movable cables during drum indexing, continuous indexing of the spindle drum is made possible, minimizing the number of slip ring contacts. The water cooling of the spindle ensures the best thermal stability within the spindle drum, which is the heart of the multi-axis automatic lathe.

G Series - Fast and Compact

The G Series, a minimum multi-axis automatic lathe from Schütte, is a high-productivity, unparalleled high-speed cam-type machine that accommodates material diameters up to 20 mm. The G Series machines feature 6 or 8 main spindles and are often used as 2x3 or 2x4 axis machines. Simple workpieces can be produced at speeds significantly below one second. In terms of machining capabilities, the G Series far surpasses traditional cam-type machines. Additional features such as CNC compound machining slides, CNC pick-off spindles, or spindle standstill allow for the production of complex and extremely precise turned parts.

Automatic grinding wheel exchange system with a modular design that allows for additional functions based on individual specifications.

In the 335 linear, all CNC 5-axis machines are equipped with direct drives, making them suitable not only for conventional tool grinding but also for oscillation grinding. The adoption of linear motor technology enables this machine to achieve excellent dynamic performance and very high speeds on linear axes. This, in turn, increases the productivity of multi-axis linear CNC grinding. The benefits are clear. When machining high-demand profile shapes, there is no need to use expensive profile grinding wheels. This is particularly true for small batches, where the high cost of grinding wheels makes the process uneconomical. Using simple-shaped grinding wheels on the 335 linear for multi-axis linear CNC grinding is more advantageous and flexible. It allows for complete and economical processing of demanding tasks. Especially when using a grinding wheel changer equipped with five holders, high flexibility is achieved.

Recently, fine bubbles, which are tiny bubbles smaller than 100 μm and are referred to as "fine bubbles," have attracted attention in various fields such as the environment, agriculture, food, fisheries, and medicine, due to their ability to impart various functions to liquids. Fine bubbles are classified into two types based on their size: microbubbles and ultrafine bubbles. Recently, there has been a growing interest in ultrafine bubbles, which have a lifespan of several weeks to months. However, listening to the voices of researchers and users reveals some skepticism, which has become one of the issues hindering the spread of fine bubble technology. On the other hand, we have challenged the elucidation of the stabilization mechanism of ultrafine bubbles from a new perspective by enabling the control of number density exceeding 10 billion particles/mL without pressure or concentration operations using our ultrafine bubble generation technology. In this seminar, we will provide a fundamental explanation of fine bubble technology, including the basic physical properties, characteristics and functions, device technology, measurement and evaluation methods, and case studies, to promote research and utilization of fine bubbles based on a correct understanding.
