Early detection of abnormal temperatures due to industrial equipment fires / New product for industrial abnormal temperature alarms

■Overview of Industrial Abnormal Temperature Alarm System
1. Connect the alarm system to the temperature sensing wire using a connector. The alarm consists of an electronic buzzer, a pin switch, and a battery. The pin switch is equipped with a strap and serves as the test switch for the electronic buzzer.
[Note] 1. The temperature sensing wire is a product that combines numerous shape memory alloys at equal intervals of 0.5 meters along the wire (set temperature 80°C). It is essentially a product that installs multiple temperature memory sensors at equal intervals of 0.5 meters along the wire.
[Note] 2. When the ambient temperature reaches 80°C, the wire softens, and the shape memory alloy constricts the wire (restores), short-circuiting the two wires to detect the temperature and send a signal. However, the softening temperature of the wire and the restoration temperature of the shape memory alloy are the same (80°C).
2. Install the alarm outside the industrial machinery and wire the temperature sensing wire to areas inside the machinery or electrical components where there is a risk of abnormal temperature or fire, connecting it to the alarm via a connector.
3. For example, when an abnormal temperature or fire occurs in the industrial machinery, the temperature sensing wire detects the abnormal temperature or fire and alerts the surroundings through the alarm.
4. The abnormal temperature associated with fire in industrial equipment can be continuously monitored, allowing for early detection and preventing damage to equipment or fire through initial response.
