■Overview of Industrial Abnormal Temperature Alarm System 1. Connect the alarm device to the temperature sensing wire using a connector. The alarm device consists of an electronic buzzer, a pin switch, and a battery. The pin switch is equipped with a strap and serves as the test switch for the electronic buzzer. [Note] 1. The temperature sensing wire is a product that combines numerous shape memory alloys at equal intervals of 0.5 meters along the wire (set temperature 80°C). It is essentially a product that attaches multiple temperature memory sensors to the wire at equal intervals of 0.5 meters. [Note] 2. When the surrounding temperature reaches 80°C, the wire softens, and the shape memory alloy constricts the wire (restores), short-circuiting the two wires to sense the temperature and generate a signal. However, the softening temperature of the wire and the restoration temperature of the shape memory alloy are the same (80°C). 2. Install the alarm device externally on the industrial machinery and wire the temperature sensing wire to areas inside the machinery or electrical components where there is a risk of abnormal temperature or fire, connecting it to the alarm device with a connector. 3. For example, when an abnormal temperature or fire occurs in the industrial machinery, the temperature sensing wire detects the abnormal temperature or fire and alerts the surroundings through the alarm device. 4. The abnormal temperature associated with fires in industrial equipment can be continuously monitored, allowing for early detection and preventing equipment damage or fire through initial response measures.
