The "Dry Ice Blast Cleaning Device" is a shot blast device that removes dirt from objects by spraying dry ice particles using compressed air, making it an environmentally friendly cleaning system. Customers who previously soaked items in a chemical solution for 20 hours and cleaned rubber molds with a brush for 30 minutes faced challenges with waste liquid treatment after cleaning, as well as the labor involved in brush work and extended production downtime. Therefore, the dry ice cleaning device "Xcel6" was introduced. It was able to clean aluminum molds without causing damage and did so in a shorter time compared to soaking in chemical solutions.
