[Free Seminar] The Future of Engineer Education in the Manufacturing Industry
This seminar is designed for those responsible for engineer training (in-house human resource development) in the manufacturing industry. It will introduce various case studies from different companies while explaining the concepts and necessary initiatives for engineer education required in a changing era. The key points will be the optimization of OJT/Off-JT that shapes the vision and the utilization of various resources to compensate for the lack of manpower in education. Additionally, there will be group sessions to discuss the challenges and concerns you face on-site, allowing for the exploration and sharing of effective measures.
The organizer of this seminar, the "IR Engineer Education Research Institute," aims to innovate modern engineer education to build a foundation for the development of manufacturing in Japan. Through various communications with those involved in engineer education in the manufacturing industry, we will seek the "optimal solution" for engineer education.
We look forward to the participation of HR personnel in the manufacturing industry, those who manage or are responsible for engineer education, and managers and executives struggling with human resource development!
