A compact spot cooler that generates ultra-low temperature air with a maximum temperature difference of -75°C just by connecting compressed air.

The Kolder is a simplified spot cooler that applies the principle of vortex. Without using a power supply or refrigerant gas, it discharges ultra-low temperature air with a maximum temperature difference of -75°C (at a supply pressure of 0.7 MPa, in the case of model 190-75SV) simply by connecting compressed air. A typical application of the generated cooling air is the removal of heat generated during the processing of materials such as metals and plastics, and it demonstrates excellent effectiveness, especially in the processing of hard materials and high-viscosity substances (such as titanium alloys, stainless steel, nickel alloys, and thermoplastic plastics). Additionally, the cooling effect on workpieces and tools leads to improved cutting speeds and extended tool life, making it particularly suitable for dry cutting of magnesium alloys. Furthermore, it is effectively utilized as a cooling source for various spot cooling applications, including preventing heat-related issues in electrical control boxes and various measuring instrument boxes, cooling molds, and cooling tests for semiconductors and PC boards. *For more details, please refer to the basic information and downloadable materials at the bottom of the page.

• Pneumatic Equipment

No power supply needed. This is a cabinet cooling (heat dissipation) dedicated spot cooler that operates solely on compressed air.

The "cabinet cooler" reduces overheating inside NC or CNC cabinets, electrical control panels, motor boxes, surveillance cameras, various measuring instruments, etc., protecting precision machinery and measuring instruments from malfunction or damage due to overheating. Additionally, the automatic exhaust mechanism of the cabinet cooler keeps the inside of the cabinet in a pressurized state with cooling air at all times, preventing the intrusion of dust and mist from outside the cabinet and protecting electronic devices from contamination. By using a thermostat and solenoid valve, it is possible to regulate the temperature inside the box and reduce the amount of compressed air consumed.

• Other environmental equipment

It was manufactured for the purpose of air transportation using compressed air. During operation, it does not require a power supply, making it suitable for use in explosive environments.

The conveyor back is a device that enables air transport through a powerful vacuum pressure generated by compressed air as the power source. It has no moving parts and does not require a power supply, making it effective in environments where explosion-proof measures are required, as well as for the transport and exhaust of gas and mist.

• Pneumatic Equipment

This is a tool designed for blowing around pipes and cables. The air flow that blows out evenly at 360° enables drainage, cleaning, and drying.

The cylindrical airflow generator "Circle Blow" is an air nozzle that emits a cylindrical stream of air at high speed from a thin slit, attracting and amplifying a large amount of surrounding air to create a powerful annular amplification flow. The amplified flow, which blows evenly and uniformly in 360°, is effective for draining, cleaning, drying, and cooling long products such as pipes, cables, and extrusion rods. The hole diameter ranges from 25mm to 180mm.

The Coanda effect generates a thin, uniform curtain-like laminar flow. Its applications are diverse, including drainage, drying, heat dissipation blowing, and cooling.

The "Line Blow" is an air tool that generates a uniform curtain-like airflow simply by connecting compressed air. The air amplification air blow nozzle "Round Blow" uses compressed air as its power source, sucking in a large amount of surrounding air and expelling it. The "Round Blow" can be used in two roles: as a vacuum system or as a powerful air blow device.

The jet blower is a palm-sized air volume amplifier that generates a powerful vacuum pressure by blowing compressed air from slits provided along the inner wall of the main body, attracting a large amount of surrounding air from one side while expelling a large volume of amplified air from the other side. With a duct hose, it can be used for dust collection and recovery of debris, smoke, and particulate or fibrous materials, as well as for pneumatic conveying. Without a duct hose, it can be used for draining water after cleaning products or parts, as well as for drying, cooling, and blowing away cutting chips and debris.

The "CCS2" is a ceiling-mounted vehicle counting sensor that employs an infrared reflection method. It can detect vehicles in both directions with just one unit, accurately counting vehicles even during traffic jams or when vehicles pass each other. Additionally, this product can be used not only for vehicle counting but also as a sensor for departure warnings. Many people may have questions like, "What can be done with IoT?" and "What is needed?" upon hearing the term IoT. For example, by monitoring the valve opening, one can detect blockages in the equipment and identify leaks from cumulative flow. This information directly contributes to reducing downtime and improving quality through continuous long-term monitoring and knowledge-based management. Compatible models include those with digital communication via RS485, in addition to traditional analog controls like 0-5VDC and 4-20mA. Even older models that do not support digital communication can be upgraded to the latest mass flow models, enabling digital communication. The dimensions between new and old models are the same, and no wiring changes are necessary. Additionally, we can provide control boxes for data collection from mass flow. This enables a "visualization" of small IoT without making large changes to the equipment.
