[Testing Examples] 1. Glass Fiber Organic Residue Test In the production of glass fibers, it is essential to burn off the organic materials in a drying oven. However, there was interest in whether it could be effectively burned off using our hot air generation equipment. After several discussions, an opportunity arose for a company visit, during which we operated the equipment as part of a factory tour and conducted a simple pattern test. Surface Temperature Comparison Test Under High-Temperature Atmosphere In the equipment used by the customer, there is a risk of electric leakage when the surface temperature of the heater becomes high. Therefore, the specifications were changed to enhance the heat dissipation effect, and both old and new heaters were tested under the same conditions to measure and compare their surface temperatures. The results showed that by enhancing the heat dissipation effect, there was a tendency for the surface temperature of the heater to decrease. This time, due to temperature differences depending on the measurement method, it is necessary to consider new challenges regarding measurement methods in relation to actual furnace measurements, and we are currently working on this.

We developed a system that expands the functions of the electronic manifest ASP "KENET" to record the traceability from waste to the creation of recycled resources using blockchain technology. In May 2025, as a pre-service, we implemented registration functions from waste registration to the input of the recycling process and the completion of recycled resources. In January 2026, we newly developed functions for inventory management and shipping of recycled materials. The system also includes a CFP registration function for recycled resources, allowing for data input on the decarbonization effects of resource circulation. We aim to utilize the waste management functions cultivated over 18 years with KENET to advance into the field of resource circulation and work towards the effective use of waste for a circular society.
