Adopted for non-residential buildings: Load-bearing wall 'Flocking Narrow Wall' with a column center of 350mm.

The "Flocking Narrow Wall," which realizes a large space in a small area, has been adopted in a commercial facility in the city center.
The facility is "GINZASTEPS," located in the bustling area of Ginza 7-chome, which houses four dining establishments.
The floor plan features a spiral one-room format where small four-person counter stores are connected in a skipping manner, allowing each store to interact with one another.
The site is a narrow plot of approximately 30m2 facing a narrow back alley, which imposed various constraints, leading to the adoption of a two-story wooden structure.
To establish a spiral skipping floor using traditional wooden construction methods, the Flocking Narrow Wall was utilized.
