Since the detector is simply installed on the outside of the piping, no processing of the piping is required. Main Features: ■ Sensor and transducer separation type The detector part is non-contact with the fluid. ■ Compatible temperature: max. 150℃ Can also handle high-temperature fluids such as food cleaning (CIP) liquids. Operating Principle: When ultrasonic waves propagate through a liquid, the propagation time changes compared to a stationary state if there is flow. When the ultrasonic signal is transmitted and received between the upstream and downstream detectors/transducers through the moving liquid, a difference in passage/propagation time occurs between upstream and downstream.
