The "UA102-Sani Series" ultrasonic flow meter for sanitary/CIP high-temperature cleaning is an ultrasonic flow meter that achieves low cost, compact design, and easy installation. Since the detector is simply installed on the outside of the piping, no processing of the piping is required. Main Features: ■ Sensor and transducer separation type The detector part is non-contact with the fluid. ■ Compatible temperature: max. 150℃ Can also handle high-temperature fluids such as food cleaning (CIP) liquids. Operating Principle: When ultrasonic waves propagate through a liquid, the propagation time changes compared to a stationary state if there is flow. When the ultrasonic signal is transmitted and received between the upstream and downstream detectors/transducers through the moving liquid, a difference in passage/propagation time occurs between upstream and downstream.
