This device can quickly and accurately connect the old substrate to the new substrate. The splice operation, which took about 7 seconds with conventional devices (butt joint), can be shortened to as little as 0.5 seconds with this device. As a result, the downtime during the splice operation is reduced, allowing for an accumulator-less splice using only the dancer roll. This device removes dirt, dust, sebum, and grease that could not be eliminated by conventional ultrasonic or adhesive methods, using a combination of vibration and water flow (discharge and suction). It creates intense vibrations and water flow (discharge and suction) with a special three-layer structure (patented). The effect is that the liquid in the bathtub remains gentle while generating a synergistic effect of underwater vibrations and discharge/suction on the substrate. As a result, contaminants are dispersed in the bath, allowing for separation and discharge while preventing re-adhesion.
