By peeling and cleaning inks, etc., from the film (plastic), we contribute to the reuse of the film. *We have a peeling and cleaning testing machine installed in our company, so peeling tests can be conducted at any time. 【Flow of Plastic Reuse】 (1) Peeling and cleaning printed film rolled up in a roll using this device. This device can quickly and accurately connect the old substrate to the new substrate. The splice operation, which took about 7 seconds with conventional devices (butt joint), can be shortened to as little as 0.5 seconds with this device. As a result, the downtime during the splice operation is reduced, allowing for an accumulator-less splice using only the dancer roll. Cleaning delicate materials such as optical films with minimal scratches!

This device removes dirt, dust, sebum, and grease that could not be eliminated by conventional ultrasonic or adhesive methods, using a combination of vibration and water flow (discharge and suction). It creates intense vibrations and water flow (discharge and suction) with a special three-layer structure (patented). The effect is that the liquid in the bathtub remains gentle while generating a synergistic effect of underwater vibrations and discharge/suction on the substrate. As a result, contaminants are dispersed in the bath, allowing for separation and discharge while preventing re-adhesion.
