MIRAIWOOD was featured on TV Asahi's "Super J Channel"!

Wood chips are upcycled into an alternative material to plastic. This new material, developed over two years in collaboration with Tokyo and Kawase Resin Industry, is created by combining wood chips generated during the bat manufacturing process with biodegradable plastic. It is characterized by its heat resistance and ease of processing, and can be made into items such as dishes, spoons, and forks, which are also dishwasher safe.
This material is attracting significant attention in light of the new law, the "Plastic Resource Circulation Promotion Act," which aims to reduce plastic use and will come into effect in April.
