SoC SOM304D3, ISA, LAN, VGA, along with a flexible array of customizable ports.

The ICOP SOM304D3 is an ideal compact computer module that reduces cables and enhances vibration and shock resistance between the CPU module and the carrier board.
Based on the DMP Vortex86DX3 1GHz SoC, the SOM304D3 is available in both single-core and dual-core versions with 1GB or 2GB DDR3 RAM. The SOM module offers balanced performance and can operate in environments ranging from -20°C to +70°C (single-core), making it suitable for industrial applications with space constraints.
With excellent thermal design and dimensions of 70 x 70 x 10.5mm, the dedicated metal housing provides heat dissipation in addition to EMI/EMC suppression. It is equipped with SATA, USB, PCIe, LAN, ADC, ISA, LCD, VGA, audio, keyboard, and mouse, as well as additional 10 x I/O ports (80 pins) for customer-defined GPIO, RS232, RS485, IDE, SPI, I2C, PWM SD, and printer applications. This helps save time and costs in the design of the customer's carrier board.
