CNET Connect Service releases a white paper on the voice inspection system.

Cnet Connect Service Co., Ltd. (CCS) published a white paper titled "Improving Inspection Operations with Voice Systems" on its official website on February 17.
In an environment of chronic labor shortages, CCS proposes the use of voice systems as one solution to ensure work efficiency, accuracy, and traceability of tasks.
There are already over 1,000 operational devices in logistics sites for tasks such as sorting, picking, and quality inspection, and CCS is currently providing a voice inspection, testing, and analysis support system (LISTEST) for the manufacturing industry.
This time, we have compiled the background of challenges in environments where multiple workers perform tasks according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), key points for operational improvement, and examples and effects of voice inspection systems into a concise white paper.
Through the publication of this white paper, CCS plans to deliver the effectiveness of voice inspection systems to more sites and promote understanding of their positioning as concrete tools for operational improvement.
