To prevent passive smoking, we have set up a designated smoking area outside.
The smoking area is located in a well-ventilated place, and windbreak guards have also been installed.
The windbreak guards have the advantage of keeping smokers warm, but they also seem to be effective at blocking cigarette smoke, so even when passing nearby, one does not feel much of a tobacco smell.
By having a designated smoking area, we have created an environment where both smokers and non-smokers can work comfortably without stress.
