Previously sold assembly-type safety fences had gaps between the fences, allowing water and other substances to enter, making it impossible to clean. This was unsuitable for the manufacturing industry handling food and pharmaceuticals due to the risk of bacterial proliferation. Safety device with blanking function: Enables safe and efficient operation with three types of blanking modes, including fixed and floating blanking.

The "SLC440" is a light-type safety device that enables safe and efficient operation with three types of blanking modes: fixed blanking mode, variable edge area fixed blanking mode, and dual optical axis shielding mode. It can deactivate the optical axis when there are items like conveyor belts within the detection area. It is also usable with press brakes. The protective height ranges from 140 to 1420 mm, with a total of 17 sizes available, and each size comes in two types with continuous shielding widths of 14 and 24 mm.
