  Grease Stain Cleaning The removal of grease stains that have accumulated on the outer surface of a cleaning machine after long-term use can be instantly achieved with hot water (100°C) at a water pressure of about 3 to 4 MPa. Instead of relying on pressure to remove the stains, the grease is dissolved by temperature, preventing splashing of the cleaning water and allowing the hot water to effectively penetrate and break down the grease stains. This method does not damage the cleaning surface, thoroughly removes the grease, and dries the moisture in a short time.

  Removal of grease stains This is also cleaned with water pressure of about 4 MPa and high-temperature water injection at 100°C. The stains were almost instantly removed.

  Rotating nozzle + high-temperature water This shows the process of degreasing and cleaning with high-temperature water using a rotating nozzle.

  High-temperature water cleaning of used parts Parts with severe grease contamination are cleaned with high-temperature water at 110°C. With a pressure of 4 MPa, there is no splashing, and the high-temperature water penetrates the surface of the contaminants, breaking down and washing away the grease and dirt. Using steam would be more advantageous for breaking down grease at higher temperatures, but there is not enough water volume for rinsing. However, high-temperature water just before steam can achieve both breakdown and rinsing.
