Insulation, electric shock prevention, surface treatment
Insulation and anti-electrostatic treatment for metal surfaces Surface treatment is performed with inorganic materials. It is a transparent (colorable) film that withstands 500V/DC and has a resistance of over 100MΩ, with a heat resistance of 500°C. The film thickness is below 10μm, and it can be used without crack formation, even following bending processes.

Kansai Manufacturing New Selection - Designation - Skill Osaka Prefecture Manufacturing Excellence Award - Artisan Osaka Prefecture Intellectual Property Division Award - Knowledge Yao Chamber of Commerce and Industry New Technology/New Product Development Excellent Small and Medium Enterprises Award - Recipient Production of heat-resistant nameplates (name plates) made from SUS304 base material, capable of continuous use at 800°C and up to 1000°C. Various parts trays that require heating are printed with QR codes and undergo coating treatment, enabling quality and mass production management in high-temperature heating environments. QR code recognition with smartphones has been made possible. By simply applying it before brazing, it prevents metal burning and discoloration, reducing post-process cleaning and buffing steps. Corrosion prevention - Coating treatment for stainless steel products in coastal areas is possible, preventing metal corrosion due to salt damage. Chemical resistance - Excellent acid resistance, demonstrating chemical resistance from pH 1 to pH 11 in the alkaline range. Insulation - Exhibits insulation and coating effects on metal surfaces, with 5μ + 2 at DC/500V/∞. Heat resistance - Compatible with temperatures ranging from 200°C to 2000°C across various grades.
