DMT is a surface treatment method that is thin and inorganic, compared to the commonly used coating methods for corrosion resistance and insulation treatment, which cannot achieve the same results with organic agents. This DMT Flexible Ceramic exhibits comprehensive heat resistance, insulation, and chemical resistance, demonstrating exceptional effectiveness particularly in thin film insulation and resistance to saltwater corrosion. It is used as an insulating coating for the interiors of precision motors, heat exchangers, and aluminum die-cast products. QR codes are printed using curved surface laser engraving, followed by a heat-resistant coating, enabling identification at high temperatures. It follows contours and three-dimensional shapes. World's first: Variable focal length With three-dimensional laser control on the X, Y, and Z axes, the minimum spot position can be controlled at any distance, allowing focal length settings with a width of 42mm while maintaining the planar accuracy of the printing area.
