This is a tray coated with PEEK on SUS304 as a fluorine alternative, considering the environment. It has chemical resistance equivalent to fluorine and can withstand temperatures up to 280 degrees. The backside of the tray has undergone our oxidation prevention treatment to prevent discoloration of SUS caused by heating, allowing for long-term use with a glossy appearance.

Started accepting orders for high-temperature specifications and curved surface direct parts marking. A transparent heat-resistant coating was applied to SUS304, achieving a heat resistance of 1000°C. To protect against metal thermal degradation and enable identification tracking, QR codes were printed using a curved surface-compatible laser. This allows for the identification of each part while maintaining the aesthetic of the metal, and without using foreign materials like tag seals, it ensures recyclability and quality tracking management that can be recognized by smartphone cameras. Printing is possible on various parts, guaranteeing quality from the heating process management to the user.

Inorganic coating surface treatment with a transparent heat-resistant film of 1μm is applied to the surfaces of various plated products to prevent discoloration at high temperatures, maintaining the quality of the plating even in environments above 800°C. We have started a coating treatment that preserves aesthetics in high-temperature environments that were previously impossible to use. This is a maintenance-free welding fixture that prevents contamination scale generation in copper welding fixtures.

Various heat dissipation plates and heat sinks, as well as thermal compression terminal jigs, commonly use copper materials due to their thermal conductivity cost. The issue is the degradation of performance caused by the formation of oxidation scale, particularly in thermal problems that exceed 500°C, which cannot be addressed with aluminum. While copper is the next candidate due to its processability and price in terms of thermal conductivity, the oxidation scale that occurs at high temperatures poses problems for heat dissipation and contamination. We have now applied nickel plating to copper substrates and conducted our specialty treatment to prevent high-temperature oxidation scale with a transparent coating. This allows the thermal conductivity of copper to remain intact while making it usable at temperatures up to 900°C in air. This is a proposal for a transparent coating that can dramatically improve the heat discoloration temperature after TiN treatment. It maintains the gloss of TiN in an environment of 850°C, enabling use in temperature ranges that were previously unusable with inorganic coating surface treatments.
